SEE YOU AT 11:07!

ABOUT ECCLESIAX

We are a small church gathering averaging 20 on a typical Sunday morning. We try to start as close to 11:07 as possible, and yes it is 11:07. There is coffee, tea & hot chocolate and you are welcome to bring it into the service. We sing some songs, read four passages from the Bible (following the lectionary) pray and share communion each week (we have an open communion table).

OUR WEEKLY READINGS

Each week we follow the Revised Common Lectionary, a set of Bible readings for each Sunday used by a large portion of the Christian Church. Most Sundays we will be discussing, and receive some teaching from, one of these readings.
Here are links to last week’s, and the upcoming readings.

COFFEE WITH CAM

I don’t actually drink a lot of coffee, but I love meeting with people and talking about life and our search for the sacred. Let me know if you would like to get together and chat about whatever’s on your mind.

THINKING OF VISITING?

Anyone is welcome, young and old; whether you’re a church veteran, completely new to this Jesus thing or are even sceptical about faith and what it could mean for you.

You’ll be accepted as you are.

What Should I wear?

Whatever makes you comfortable. We are pretty laid back and informal, so you might feel out of place if your wear a suit and tie, but we won’t judge you.

CONTINUE THE CONVERSATION

At ecclesiaX we believe in dialogue and we hope this section of our website will extend the conversations we have on Sunday mornings. Pastor Cam will be posting regularly, but everyone is encouraged to comment and members are welcome to
sign up to write posts as well.

Have A Question?

Churches come in many ‘shapes and sizes’ and we are a little unique, so it’s ok if you have more questions. Please feel free to use this form to ask about anything we didn’t cover, or that you may need more details about. We love hard questions, so don’t be afraid to ask anything you may be wondering about.
